We are looking for a professional to change the thermostat in a gas community boiler system in Macon, GA. The thermostat should be installed from the entrance hallway to the house, with individual meters for each unit. Currently, the thermostat has three wires, but the electrovalve in the hallway was recently replaced, allowing for the installation of a two or three-wire thermostat, or even a wifi-enabled one. However, one of the wires was cut by my daughter, who has mental health issues. We are looking for a quote for the repair and replacement of the thermostat.
