Description:
Determines when deliveries may be delayed; coordinates with purchasing, manufacturing, engineering, and other users to expedite material requirements; maintains records and follow-up files of purchases, shipments.
Direct P.O.C. for Supervisors, procurement, and Third party chemical management company. Mitigate shortages and issues between departments, other sites. Locate open market availability for shortages and create requisitions. Monitor cabinet stocking averages/percentages/exposure reports. Breakout/complete/submit Monthly Invoices by program reports. Oversee Waste reports and suggest Min/Max modifications for cost savings,Basic Qualifications:
Material inventory system experience and knowledge.
Background with one of the following; Adhesive, paints, basic chemicals.
Ability to read and decipher specifications.
Desired Skills:
Basic knowledge and experience with material inventory systems.
Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, verbal and written.

Ability to Work Remotely:
Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position:4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
