Duties:


As a Management Analysis Officer, you will:

  • Assist the Strategic & Project Management Office Chief with the role of facilitating the senior leadership team in developing and executing strategies, action items, work plans/schedules and metrics to lead the organization forward on its strategic journey.
  • Assist in the development of the Bureau's key performance indicators. Collect, monitor and report performance in a standardized system optimizing and leveraging realtime, electronic reporting.
  • Identify, develop, and implement the necessary databases and project management techniques using bureau standards and performance metrics.
  • Manage and facilitate large, highly complex administrative and technical projects dealing with organizational change and effectiveness.
  • Actively contribute and prepare elements of BEP's fouryear strategic plan and annual strategy.
  • Assist the Strategic & Project Management Office Chief with preparations and facilitation of Executive Leadership Team meetings focused on strategic and change management.

Qualifications:


_You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement._

  • Led/participated in organizational strategic and annual planning and execution for change management efforts;
    AND:
  • Guiding the coordination and execution of organizational projects, while serving as the senior representative, communicating with stakeholders from multiple Federal Agencies/Departments;
    AND:
  • Leading change initiatives for organizational improvement;
    AND:
  • Advising senior level management, customers, and/or coworkers on strategic and management issues.

  • The facility typically shuts down annually between Christmas and New Year's Day. As such, all BEP employees must take leave for workdays during the shutdown period.
