Real Estate and Contract Manager (m/f/d):

We are searching for a motivated and dedicated Real Estate and Contract Manager (m/f/d) for our company headquarters in Leipheim.

At ESS Kempfle, our core focus is on renewable energy, with a particular emphasis on photovoltaic and storage systems. These tasks are essential for the future and make our company crisis-proof.


As a regional market leader, we are experts in our industry and have been on the market for over 10 years.

We have been experiencing dynamic growth and have clear goals and strategies for the future.

The ESS Kempfle group has been growing dynamically for years, opening new company buildings and locations. As a result, the organization of collaboration within the growing group has become more complex. This has created new and expanded tasks for which we are looking for suitable part-time employees hours).


Your tasks will include:


  • Administrative management and supervision of all locations
  • Organization of maintenance and upkeep work
  • Monitoring of building and contents insurance
  • Management and invoicing of photovoltaic systems
  • Tenant electricity billing
  • Preparation of utility cost statements
  • Central contract management (services, leasing, etc.)
  • Monitoring of contractual termination and expiration dates
  • Undertaking project and special tasks

What you should bring to the table:

  • You should enjoy working with numbers and have a keen eye for detail
