Training Program

During the three-year program in cooperation with the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) in Stuttgart, you will receive training that focuses on imparting knowledge in information technology, mechanical engineering, and electrical engineering. In addition to the theoretical blocks of instruction at DHBW, you will gain insights into individual departments such as metal processing, (electro) assembly, software development, control technology, and development and design during practical phases.

Accompanying Training Events:
The theoretical instruction at DHBW is supplemented by in-house training, PC/IT application seminars, and visits to customers, suppliers, and construction sites (if possible).

Areas of Deployment at Putzmeister
Due to the broad education, the program offers diverse career opportunities. In particular, areas of deployment that require knowledge in information technology, electronics/electrical engineering, and mechanics, such as development, design, software, and after-sales, are suitable.
