Responsibilities:


  • Lead paid growth campaigns for mobile and web user acquisition
  • Ensure ROAS goals are met
  • Manage and execute performance marketing campaigns on various channels (GAC, ASA, Native, Social)
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create engaging ad copy, content, and landing pages
  • Continuously incorporate new learnings into growth experiments using a rapid experimentation approach (following Hacking Growth by Sean Ellis)
  • Conduct A/B tests to explore new ideas
  • Act as a user of the product, ensuring its quality and becoming an expert in cognitive training
  • Embrace a growth mindset and constantly seek learning opportunities for yourself and the team
