With over 60 years of experience, we are one of the leading companies in the production of calcium silicate and aerated concrete.

We impress our customers with high flexibility, quality, and reliability. We are currently seeking a PRODUCTION EMPLOYEE (M/F/D) for our location in Osterholz-Scharmbeck at the earliest possible date.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The main focus is on operating and monitoring our calcium silicate production and packaging systems, as well as the autoclaves, or working as a forklift driver in the loading area.
  • Recognizing malfunctions, troubleshooting, and resolving the cause, if necessary in collaboration with the technical department.
  • Reconfiguring the systems, changing tools, starting up the systems, quality control, and supporting system optimization.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Ideally, you have experience in production or a technical background.
  • You are reliable, flexible, and have a strong sense of quality.
  • You are able to work independently and in a team.
  • You have a forklift license or are willing to obtain one.
  • You are willing to work in shifts.
  • You have a good command of German.
