Full-time | Day Shift in Cliffdell, WA:

We are currently seeking a lead specialist (m/f/d) for our cleaning team at our bakery headquarters in Meiningen OT Dreißigacker. In close coordination with our quality assurance, you and your team will ensure compliance with our HACCP standards and cleanliness throughout the facility.

  • Staff scheduling in accordance with cleaning plans
  • Organization and supervision of cleaning tasks
  • Instruction and training of employees
  • Responsibility for providing cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Active participation in the cleaning team
  • Facility inspections and quality assurance

YOUR PROFILE:

  • You are a trained building cleaner (m/f/d) or motivated career changer (m/f/d) with professional experience
  • Practical experience in building and facility cleaning
  • Previous experience in a leadership position is an advantage
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Friendly demeanor and strong communication skills
