Description
F.W.Webb, Northeast's largest wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating, HVAC and industrial supplies is seeking a full-time Warehouse Manager for its Lowell, MA location.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee warehouse operations in a safe, secure, and efficient manner
- Pick, pack, process, and ship inventory both internally and externally
- Operate equipment, such as forklifts, to move warehouse materials
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks
- Assist customers with their orders, using good customer service
- Prioritize safety and comply with company policies, OSHA, DOT, and other applicable regulations
- Meet goals within a reasonable timeframe, effectively delegating
- Lead by example, modeling desired behaviors, knowledge, and practices
- Stay informed on updated FW Webb policies and procedures
- Assist with training new and current employees as required
- Multitask in a fastpaced work environment
- Communicate effectively with team and managers
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse supervisory/management experience required
- Must be able to work first shift hours
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift 50lbs
Pay:
$55, $65,000.00 per year
