At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you as a Signal Mechanic (m/f/d) for DB Netz AG at the Siegen location.
Your tasks:

You are responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing a variety of systems in the field of signaling and safety technology
In this context, your main focus will be on electronic components such as signals, switches, and control systems, but you will also learn about mechanical components
You will usually carry out your tasks in your regional area as part of a team, independently and reliably
This includes maintaining electrical indoor and outdoor facilities, but you will primarily work outdoors
In addition, your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and reporting findings
Your work will begin and end at your central base - here you will collect all necessary materials, modern equipment and measuring instruments, as well as your vehicle

Your profile:

You have successfully completed an electrical engineering apprenticeship and have the qualification as a Signal Mechanic
Ideally, you are a Master of LST (with experience in the following techniques: SpDrS 60, SpDrS 600, DrS 2, EBÜT 80, BÜS 72, SIMIS LC, ESTW Bombardier B950R2, Pintsch Tiefenbach
