YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Member of the executive team
- Alignment of strategic goals
- Alignment and implementation of operational goals in sales
- Market observation and research
- Definition and evaluation of sales metrics
- Management and development of international dealer network
- Proactive market and customer expansion
- Handling inquiries, creating offers, negotiating until contract closure
- Planning and execution of sales events
- Leadership of sales employees
- Continuous development of the sales organization
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in international sales of technical investment goods
- Entrepreneurial and solutionoriented thinking, visionary
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ideally relevant degree (engineering / business)
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Fluent in English, additional languages advantageous
