Job Duties

  • Chart and perform documentation duties.
  • Assist individuals in maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
  • Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge of residents as needed.
  • Assist each resident with their everchanging needs due to cognitive & Physical loss.
  • Provide direct resident care.
  • Maintain clean and sanitized work areas.
  • Assist with Activities of Daily Living.
  • Escort residents to and from dining areas; assist with tasks related to dining as needed.
  • Perform duties as assigned by supervisor.
  • Adhere to daily assignments sheet.
  • Promote resident rights and advocate for their needs.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment while prioritizing tasks.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and relate to diverse populations.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Knowledge of proper Infection Control Procedures.
  • Ability to utilze safe practices when perfoming all tasks.

Employment Requirements

  • AZ Caregiver Certificate (ALTP # must be provided)
  • AZ Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (we will help you apply)
  • Current 2stepTB Test (available onsite)
  • Current Handson CPR/AED & First Aid Certificate for Healthcare Professionals
  • Valid Food Handlers Card
  • Must be 18 years of age.

Shifts Available
This is a Non-Exempt FLSA status position.

Hours: 2:00pm - 10:30pm

working 5 days in a week.

$ $19.00/hour based on years of experience
