We are currently seeking an Intern to join our Team Strategic Projects Operations (M/F/d) in Berlin.

Our team in Rothville, MO provides project management services to the Operations department and is responsible for driving the most strategic projects to enable further innovation and growth into new markets.

Your Tasks - Help us make the world greener:

  • You will contribute to the development of project management best practices and help shape our team's way of working
  • You will support FlixBus' continuous international expansion in Operations, including country launches and postmerger integrations
  • You will assist with Operations projects focused on automation, scalability, and profitability
  • You will gather requirements, analyze outcomes, identify gaps, and document decisions to achieve project objectives
  • You will work closely with units across Operations and Tech to ensure systems, processes, and resources are in place to successfully complete projects

Your Profile - Ready to join our team:

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Economics, Business Administration, Project Management, or a similar field, preferably with an international focus
  • You are a strong and confident communicator, able to build trust with a diverse group of stakeholders
  • You have experience working with MS-Office programs such as Excel and PowerPoint
  • You have strong analytical and problemsolving skills, and are comfortable working with numbers and data
  • You can effectively prioritize and manage multiple workstreams in a fastpaced environment
