Position Details
Long Beach Day Nursery (LBDN) is growing our early childhood teaching team. We have full-time Preschool Teacher positions available at both our East and West Branches If you are passionate about working with children, look no further
Our teachers have the important responsibility of instructing children in developmentally appropriate activities designed to promote social, physical, and intellectual growth needed for child development. You will have the opportunity to supervise and assist children with general routines, such as feeding, mealtime, diapering, and potty-training activities. You will also prepare lesson plans, maintain an organized environment, and update all educational equipment and materials. Teachers work closely in a team of other teachers and interns and report directly to the Head or Lead Teacher.
