Technical Management (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

Multi-level management of the technical organization with approximately 80 employees
Development of a future-oriented strategy for the transformation into a regional managed cloud provider
Review of the product strategy and implementation of a market-oriented product portfolio to achieve growth goals
Responsibility for the modern cloud-based overall infrastructure and technology-oriented development
Collaboration in the restructuring and professionalization of sales
Strategic development of the business model in close cooperation with the shareholders

Your profile:

Completed university degree, e.g. in business, management, or computer science
Several years of experience in a technical, at least management-related, leadership role at an IT service provider with proven strategic and operational expertise
Strong market knowledge, customer and sales orientation
