Your tasks at a glance:

You conduct and accompany job interviews and are responsible for organizing the application management process
You handle administrative tasks and develop your own project topics
Additionally, you are responsible for the training department within the company

What you bring to the table:

Completed degree in business administration, economics, or human resources
Firsthand experience in the application management process/recruiting and in training within a company
Knowledge of labor, tax, and social security law is essential
Experience in HR projects is an advantage
Resultsoriented and independent work style
Analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and organizational skills
