Berlin location as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

Coordination, creation, and publication of job advertisements
Management of the application process in the production environment of the respective location
Preselection of suitable candidates and coordination of interviews
Preparation and support of job interviews (digital or onsite)
Contact person for applicants, job seekers, and external service providers at the location
Consulting the department, e.g. on optimizing job advertisements or suitable recruiting channels
