Our company group is the market leader in nationwide supply of large-scale consumers (hospitals, nursing homes, company cafeterias, as well as hotels and gastronomy) with a full range of food and non-food products.

We are currently seeking an apprentice for our location in Wöllstein to begin training as a butcher (m/f/d).


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Cutting and preparing meat for sale (e.g. trimming, portioning, seasoning)
  • Making broth, cooked, and raw sausages
  • Producing cooked and cured meat products
  • Learning the theoretical background and knowledge
  • Learning specialized mathematics and nutrition
  • Maintaining a professional and wellgroomed appearance
  • Being reliable, polite, and punctual
  • Working well in a team and being sociable
  • Having basic knowledge of MS Office
  • Possessing a basic understanding of craftsmanship and technical skills
  • Having a high school diploma or equivalent
