What to Expect

In this position, you will be responsible for all assistant tasks and office organization for the head of the creative department.

You will keep track of everything, from scheduling and coordinating appointments to preparing and following up on meetings.

You will also be in direct contact with all internal departments, external partners, and agencies, and handle correspondence in German and English.

You will also be responsible for organizing business trips and creating evaluations, presentations, agendas, and protocols.

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have a similar background. You have gained some professional experience in a similar position. Thanks to your strong organizational skills and independent work style, you can keep track of everything. You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in
