For the "Corporate Accounting" department within the "Controlling & Finance" division, we are looking for a qualified and dedicated

Accounting Clerk / Coordinator Accounts Payable (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

  • Coordination of external financial service provider (Shared Service Center) for incoming invoices
  • Monitoring compliance with VAT regulations for booking incoming invoices
  • Control of monthly intercompany balance reconciliations for monthend closing
  • Support in the preparation of monthly/quarterly and annual financial statements in the area of accounts payable
  • Support in the preparation of VAT returns and annual VAT declarations
  • Coordination of the preparation and documentation of monthly SOX controls to ensure compliance with Coperion Group's SOX guidelines
  • Support in special projects and in covering for other tasks
  • Point of contact for purchasing, internal audit, and auditors, reporting to the Teamlead Financial Accounting CWG & CST
Your profile

  • Successfully completed commercial training with at least three years of professional experience
  • Additional qualification as a certified accountant (m/f/d) desirable
  • Indepth knowledge of accounts payable and VAT law
  • Proficient in Microsoft Navision
