We are looking for a project manager (m/f/d) for our organization, "New German Organizations" (NGO).
NGO is a nationwide network of around 200 associations, organizations, and projects of People of Color and Black people. Our common goal is to promote a fair and inclusive society. We advocate for more visibility, participation, and equal opportunities. To achieve this, we engage in debates through events, networking, media work, and position papers.

Starting in March 2024, we are seeking a project manager (m/f/d) for our office.

Your tasks would include...

Managing and coordinating the project's overall content
Ensuring the administrative processing of the project (monitoring of the time and work plan, as well as the cost and financial plan)
Preparing reports for funding providers
Shaping the topics of diversity, inclusion, racism, and a postmigrant civil society, with knowledge of current political discourses
Managing internal and external communication with team members, board members, funders, and cooperation partners
