For our central procurement department, we are looking for a:

Team Leader (m/f/d)

Procurement of Construction Services and Plant Engineering:
Full-time - also suitable for part-time

Your responsibilities: Together with your team of four, you will lead the procurement of construction services and plant engineering for Stadtreinigung Hamburg and its subsidiaries. You will be the central point of contact for colleagues from other departments of Stadtreinigung and its subsidiaries for all questions related to the procurement of construction services and plant engineering in accordance with the respective procurement regulations.


This also includes the management of interesting major projects, such as the Center for Resources and Energy (ZRE) in Stellingen, the construction of several plant components and the replacement of existing systems for the expanded heat utilization of the Rugenberger Damm waste incineration plant (MVR), the construction of an electrolyzer and a hydrogen storage tank at the Biogas and Composting Plant Bützberg in Tangstedt, as well as the construction of several recycling centers.


You will lead and develop your team, coordinate and be responsible for the tendering process, from publication to awarding and documentation, as well as the operational procurement.

You will also be involved in the procurement of construction services and plant engineering, for example by creating tender documents together with colleagues from other departments and conducting your own tenders.


Your profile:

  • A degree in civil engineering/construction management, plant engineering
