Coventry Lake IT manages the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions for companies within the Schwarz Group. This includes the selection, provision, operation, and further development of IT infrastructures, platforms, and business applications. In order to support the departments in their business processes with optimal IT solutions, Schwarz IT gathers the requirements of the departments in consultation meetings and collaborates with them to develop professional and high-performance IT solutions.

The Cyber Security Management team serves as the link between business units and IT. In doing so, we make a valuable contribution to minimizing damage to the company group.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for tasks related to the establishment, operation, and further development of ITSCM (IT Service Continuity Management) and internal guidelines for it.

You optimize the resilience of the company group and cooperation with other areas, especially risk management, business continuity management (BCM), emergency and crisis management.

You drive the international rollout of ITSCM in projects.

You work closely with Information Security Officers (ISOs) in our 30+ country units and coordinate your approach.

You coordinate the planning, execution, and follow-up of cross-functional emergency exercises and recovery tests.

You conduct workshops, awareness-raising, and training measures.

You ensure the ITSCM process through analysis, internal audits, and controls.
