Your responsibilities include active sales and competent, friendly, and reliable support for our A-clients. You will be responsible for customer communication at the decision-maker level. You will handle customer complaints in a solution-oriented and professional manner. You will also handle sales and billing matters. You will maintain continuous contact with our clients and introduce them to new products and services.
