We,
TDA CLAIR GmbH, are a technical service provider (audio/light/video) in the international event industry (concerts/festivals/tours) and are currently seeking a Material Coordinator (m/f/d) for our office in Bottrop.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating event technology according to technical production requirements
  • Obtaining quotes and negotiating contracts
  • Planning and managing transportation
  • Documenting bookings and maintaining data

What you bring:

  • Ideally, an apprenticeship as an event manager or specialist for event technology or several years of experience in the event industry
  • Knowledge of audio, light, and video technology
  • Technical understanding
  • Negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical thinking
  • Basic knowledge of English in spoken and written form
