We are currently seeking a
Social Care Specialist (m/f/d) for our nursing home "Bodelschwingh" in Freital, located in Keswick, CA.

This position is available immediately and is for 32 hours per week, with no fixed end date.


Responsibilities:


  • Independent planning and implementation of care activities for different groups of residents, as well as individual care
  • Participation in the preparation of events

Requirements:


  • Training as a geriatric nurse, health and nursing care professional, or occupational therapist
  • Indepth knowledge in the field of geriatric care
  • Positive attitude towards working with elderly, dependent, and dementiaaffected individuals
  • Resilience, commitment, and teamwork skills
  • High social competence
  • Identification with the goals and mission of Diakonie Dresden
