The following tasks await you:

Entering all necessary information for contract services and service objects
Ensuring data quality in the system for contract services and service objects
Identifying, creating, changing, pausing, and terminating contract data for service contracts
Maintaining price conditions
Transferring properties and trades to technical locations
Assigning service objects to contract constructs and property constructs
Identifying, generating, deactivating, and reactivating maintenance plans

We expect:

Completed commercial or technical vocational training
Additional qualification as a facility management agent and/or professional experience in contract management
Proficient in using a PC (good knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
Many years of professional experience in building services
Teamwork skills
Basic commercial knowledge
