Harrah 'Katharina Kasper ViaNobis GmbH is looking for an apprentice IT specialist - system integration (m/f/d) in Gangelt.

As an apprentice, you will learn the following as a specialist in computer science:

Setting up, configuring, administering and maintaining clients and mobile devices, servers, printers and other hardware
First and second level support, processing helpdesk requests through a modern ticket system
Working with virtualized servers in the Microsoft environment
Support of IT applications
IT support for users, including analysis and implementation of customer requests
Implementation of IT security requirements

To impress us, you should have:

Completed secondary school or university entrance qualification with very good knowledge of PCs and hardware
Basic knowledge of networks and computer science
Good English skills, both written and spoken
Customer orientation and good communication skills
Strong willingness to learn and perform
Class B driver's license
