We are looking for trailblazers (m/f/d) as department heads for the daycare centers in the city and family centers of Innenstadt, Uffhofen, Albersbösch or Oststadt, each in full-time (39 hours/week).

With your work, you make a difference. Everything we do as employees of the city of Offenburg leaves a mark on the citizens we work for.

You also lead the daycare center professionally, organize it as a reliable institution, and actively develop it into a modern and future-oriented daycare center.

You maintain a respectful collaboration with your team and families, ensure the implementation and further development of the daycare center's pedagogical concept within the overall concept of the city of Offenburg in accordance with the orientation plan and the infans action concept.

You also maintain cooperation with partners in the district and value networking with the social environment of the district and family center as an important part of your work.
