My Responsibilities

  • Conceptualization for the new operational implementation of risk and opportunity management (RCM)
  • Structuring and evaluation of the risk and opportunity inventory
  • Active plausibility checks and questioning of feedback from risk managers
  • Consulting for the group as well as for group companies on RCM processes and issues, e.g. during the inventory process, questions regarding risk definition, categorization, and formation of overarching clusters
  • Preparation of meetings and creation of decisionready documents
  • Liaison with risk managers between inventories
  • Coordination with crossfunctional teams such as sustainability, ISMS, compliance, etc. for a holistic view of risks and stronger integration of functions
  • Development and implementation of RCM employee training and communication measures
  • Ensuring and further developing the RCM organizational structure and processes
  • Development, implementation, and monitoring of risk control measures
  • Ensuring regular and adhoc reporting to the board of directors, shareholders, authorities, and committees
  • Consulting on inquiries from internal auditors and auditors / interface internally (other departments and committees) as well as externally (e.g. shareholders, authorities)
