Description

The municipality of Münster (Hessen) is currently seeking qualified Early Childhood Educators to join our team at our Kindergartens as soon as possible.

These positions are full-time and/or part-time and offer permanent employment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide educational support to children, with a focus on promoting individual cognitive, motor, and language development, as well as social skills
  • Facilitate the integration of each child, observe their development, and create progress reports
  • Provide individual support to children and their families in challenging situations
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and projects
  • Assist with personal care tasks, such as changing diapers and helping with toileting
  • Maintain positive relationships with parents, including preparing and conducting parent meetings and maintaining regular communication
  • Participate actively in weekly team meetings

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Hold a completed education as an Early Childhood Educator or have a different qualification as a specialist according to § 25b of the Hessian Child and Youth Welfare Code (HKJGB)
  • Enjoy working with children aged one to six years, depending on the group, and their families
