A day in the life of a Senior Digital Specialist:

You will establish digital standards for our operations, in line with our internal guidelines, to ensure consistency and efficiency across our manufacturing processes.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop comprehensive digital standards that meet the needs of our organization.
You will guide and support our factories in implementing these digital standards, providing expertise and guidance to ensure successful adoption and integration.
You will stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in digital operations, continuously improving and evolving our standards to drive innovation and operational excellence.
You will develop competencies within the organization by providing training and knowledge sharing sessions on digital operations standards.
You will also lead digital initiatives for new industrialization projects, working closely with project teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of digital technologies.
