Your tasks at Brookdale
- Gradually prepare for the tasks of a leader
- Take responsibility for a department in our distribution center
- Develop employees to achieve operational warehouse metrics
- Motivate your own employees to ensure work and process flows, and maintain an open and fair communication culture within the team
- Act as a contact person for employees in personal and professional matters (staff planning, vacation planning) and conduct regular feedback discussions
