Your responsibilities include:

  • You ensure the successful development of our employer brand and constantly work on modern and creative employer branding and recruitment concepts
  • You drive our social media activities related to HR topics together with our Corporate Communications department and maintain our employer profiles
  • You observe and analyze market developments and trends, assess the applicability of new marketing activities for WEINMANN Emergency, and develop new strategic approaches for employee recruitment and retention
  • You are responsible for organizing and conducting our university marketing activities, career fairs, and recruiting events

You bring the following qualifications:

  • A successfully completed degree in human resources, communication, psychology, marketing, or a commercial education with a focus on HR/marketing, or a comparable qualification
  • You have a great passion for employer branding and have several years of professional and project experience
  • You have a proactive, communicative, and implementationoriented personality with a high affinity for social media and a digital mindset
  • Knowledge of aptitude diagnostics and target groupspecific active sourcing is desirable
  • You have very good English skills
