Munich, we are currently seeking the following position to be filled at the earliest possible date:

Clerk (m/f/d) for Incoming Goods at Siemens Mobility GmbH

Your responsibilities

Receiving incoming goods and verifying and comparing delivery documentation with the received goods
Booking and serializing incoming goods in SAP
Creating storage orders in the warehouse management system
Preparing quality reports for transport damages
Communicating with interface partners
Recording error messages for statistical purposes
Receiving import and hazardous goods shipments
Managing loading equipment accounts for incoming goods
Maintaining master data and parameters, e.g. for WMS, materials, or load carriers

Your profile

Completed vocational training as a warehouse logistics specialist and extensive professional experience in the abovementioned area of responsibility
Practical experience with SAP and warehouse management systems
Fluent in German
Understanding of logistical processes and procedures
Willingness to work in rotating shifts in a 23 shift system
Flexibility and reliability
