Your Responsibilities


  • Operational and professional management of the IT department.
  • Creation of the definitive IT strategy based on the existing draft and its implementation.
  • Management of the IT project portfolio as well as individual projects.
  • Acting as the interface between external providers and internal users.
  • Identifying the IT needs of members and developing corresponding concepts for approval by the board.
  • Potentially acting as a substitute for the Head of Administration.
Your Profile

  • You have a degree in computer science and have further training in project management.
  • You have excellent language skills in German, ideally also in French.
  • You have a positive connection to paragliding/hang gliding, being a pilot is an advantage.
  • You have a proven track record of successfully managing complex/large IT projects.
