Start your apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d) with us in September 2025 and learn all technical processes. With a thirst for knowledge, drive, and a lot of fun, you will get to know the different departments and delicious product variety of Ehrmann. You can expect a top apprenticeship salary: 1st year €1299, 2nd year €1431, 3rd year €1589, 4th year €1760, plus vacation and Christmas bonuses.

These are your tasks

  • From day one, you will be part of the team and receive comprehensive training in our training workshop under the guidance of our full-time trainer.
  • In addition, you will learn about your future tasks through assignments in the company.
  • You will be involved in the maintenance and repair of our production and operating systems, as well as our technical systems.
  • If necessary, you will replace defective construction or wear parts and learn how to produce replacement parts using machines.
  • Whether it's a renovation or the installation of a new machine, you will be involved in the assembly, installation, and networking, and also produce the necessary components and assemblies if needed.
