Medical Assistant / Office Assistant (m/f/d): Rheinhessen-Fachklinik Mainz

Full/Part-time

Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy:

The
Rheinhessen-Fachklinik in Mainz offers a wide range of treatments for pediatric neurology, a social pediatric center, the MZEB (Medical Center for Adults with Disabilities), as well as a large department for child and adolescent psychiatry, psychotherapy, and psychosomatics.

Start at the earliest possible date in part-time or full-time (at least 19.25 hours/week)

Your tasks:

Use of the hospital information system (Nexus KIS)
Careful organization of medical documentation
Assumption of coordinating tasks
Supervision of student assistants
Sending, archiving, and managing medical reports
Creating evaluations

Your profile:

Completed training, preferably in the medical field as a medical assistant, medicaltechnical assistant, or healthcare management assistant (m/f/d), alternatively a further education as a typist (m/f/d)
Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Word
Knowledge of medical terminology
Teamwork skills
