Passionately cooking and enjoying trying out sophisticated culinary recipes to present our employees and guests with eye candy and palate pleasure - these are the requirements that aspiring chefs must bring with them. But even before preparing the dishes, the tasks begin: Recognizing quality differences between different types of meat, vegetable and fruit offerings, or preparing ingredients according to the applicable recipes. Compliance with hygiene standards and proper storage of food are also part of our versatile cooking training. And the best part: You also gain experience in an à la carte restaurant - if you want, even in England.
