For the establishment of the Department of Participation Control - within the Controlling, Finance and Accounting business unit - you will be responsible for participation management and participation control in terms of holistic commercial and strategic management of the BSR's subsidiary and affiliated companies. You will take on the role of shareholder representative and thus control the managing directors as a central interface between the subsidiaries and the BSR. With your perspective and evaluation of the economic situation and strategic direction, you provide important impulses for the further development and future cooperation within the entire BSR group.

Job Description:

Professional and disciplinary leadership of the Department of Participation Control

Support and advice to the Executive Board in the management and control of both the BSR's subsidiaries and the development of the BSR group, including conducting market analyses, accompanying acquisition processes and, if necessary, establishing new companies
