The company Kalbus & Schmidt, located in the beautiful district of Steglitz-Zehlendorf, was founded in 2002.

Our company specializes in three core areas:
gastronomy, supplying authorities, canteens and offices, as well as operating our own beverage stores in Berlin and Brandenburg. Currently, Kalbus & Schmidt employs over 90 employees.


We are currently looking for a customer service representative (m/f/d) for telephone sales to strengthen our team at our Berlin location.


Your responsibilities:


  • Accepting telephone beverage orders from business customers (gastronomy, hotels, companies)
  • Entering orders into our computer system
  • Customer consultation regarding our products
  • Cooperation with dispatch and warehouse for beverage delivery the next day

Your profile:


  • Completed commercial training
  • Experience in customer service
  • Flexibility in a 2shift system
  • Friendliness on the phone and ability to assist customers in selecting suitable products
  • Ability to look beyond the bottle
