Job Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Sell insurance policies to individuals
  • Provide guidance to clients in selecting the most suitable insurance plans
  • Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients' needs
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure client retention
  • Analyze clients' current insurance policies and suggest additions or changes
  • Conduct telemarketing activities to reach potential clients

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance sales but not required
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus as there are many prospects that are Spanish speaking only
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are advantageous
  • Experience in outside sales is preferred
  • Ability to analyze clients' needs and recommend appropriate solutions
