The Company:

At Hardwood Acres, we are excited to partner with a leading software investment firm based in Munich. Our focus is on small-cap B2B software companies in the DACH region. As the team expands during a period of significant growth, we are seeking an Origination Associate to join us.

The Role:

As an Origination Associate at Hardwood Acres, you will be responsible for researching and sourcing deals, maintaining relationships with founders and investors, and managing the pipeline within the DACH region. You will work closely with our Investment Managers to join the pipeline as our firm continues to grow and dominate across the region.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a Corporate Development or Business Development role, preferably within the tech or SaaS industry
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong working relationships
  • Must be able to provide examples of successfully sourcing and closing deals
  • Fluent in German, both written and oral
