PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accurately and timely management of invoice workflow
  • Promptly organize and prioritize invoices according to cash discount potential and payment terms for weekly check run scheduling
  • Assure that all submitted invoices are coded correctly to proper cost code, purchase order, or general ledger account
  • Respond timely and professionally to internal and external partner inquires
  • Actively followup on delays and communicate effective to project management and accounting teams
  • Be a team player and assist accounting team with other duties

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Basic accounting knowledge in an A/P, A/R, or billing role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 36
  • Experience working in Timberline, TimberScan, Textura, or other similar SaaS based Construction Payment Management systems preferred
  • Excellent time management skills
