Job Description:
At our company, you will learn how to set up, operate, and control production equipment. You will also learn how to review work documents, prepare materials, and ensure their availability. Working alongside qualified employees, you will monitor the quality of finished products and the production process. Additionally, you will learn how to perform basic maintenance tasks on machines to ensure their operational readiness. This may include tasks such as refilling oils or coolants and replacing small worn parts.

As a trainee for Machine and Plant Operator (m/f/d), you will primarily work in production and at our plant facilities.

You can expect a 40-hour work week and shift work depending on the workload.

You should have at least a good secondary school diploma and a basic understanding of working with equipment and machines.

You are a good fit for us if you are meticulous, punctual, and precise. You should have no problem organizing yourself and working in a team. We also value high levels of initiative and decision-making skills.
