Our approximately 25 different types of Pfister organic farmer breads are produced in a traditional, artisanal way using pure natural sourdough and organic ingredients.
For the production of our Pfister organic farmer breads, we are currently looking for:
Baker Master / Bakery Technician / Food Process Engineer (m/f/d)
Variety meets precision - your area of responsibility
- You are responsible for the daily production of Pfister organic farmer breads in top quality
- You lead a team of approximately 50 employees together with 5 baker masters
- Your area of responsibility includes the entire production process (dough preparation, stone ovens, conveyor belt oven, multi-level oven, and shipping)
- You ensure the functionality of all machines, equipment, and tools
- You procure raw materials and supplies while considering quality and costs
- You plan the deployment of employees
- You accompany and support product development
