Your responsibilities at Roche Diagnostics:

Coordination and processing of technical changes in a regulated environment
Support of technical change requests to ensure smooth, timely, costeffective and satisfactory handling, as well as invoicing in consideration of commercial aspects
Implementation of technical solutions for customer requirements, such as connecting/disconnecting measuring points and changing limit values
Collaboration in coordinating the involved trades for the implementation of technical changes
Assistance in creating complex verification documents for qualification documentation
Obtaining approval signatures for the opening and completion of technical changes
Support in reviewing challenging qualification documents
Conducting archiving of completed technical change requests
Assistance in troubleshooting server applications and associated data acquisition devices

What you should bring as a technical system support:

Completed vocational training in the field of electrical engineering, electrical professions or computer science/application development
Relevant work experience in the mentioned field is mandatory
Knowledge of automation and process control systems
Knowledge of maintenance processes and legal regulations and standards
Computer skills (MS Office)
GMP knowledge
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
Openminded personality in dealing with customers and working in a team
Conscientious and independent way of working
