Responsibilities:


  • Daily doing what you love
  • Collaborating with the team and the client to develop bidding and tendering concepts
  • Evaluating incoming bids and creating price comparisons
  • Preparing, conducting, and documenting technical bidder meetings
  • Creating bid proposals for the client
  • Developing performance specifications
  • Regular coordination with the construction management team
  • Familiarizing yourself with bidding software
  • Regular training sessions
