  • Integration Assistance' is a facility of Katharina Kasper ViaNobis GmbH.
Our integration assistance for people with intellectual disabilities and autism is divided into six residential communities located in Gangelt, Geilenkirchen/Übach
  • Palenberg, Heinsberg, Hückelhoven, and Wegberg.
These communities offer various forms of housing, including special forms of housing and/or intensive supported living, supported living, day structures, and inclusive meeting points.

Our Gangelt residential community also specializes in the following areas:

living areas for people with challenging behavior (open or protected area), for people with autism spectrum disorder (open or protected area, as well as ambulatory supported living), and a residential home for people in the second half of their lives.

We are currently seeking non-professional staff (m/f/d) for our Noah House, a protected living group specializing in autism, located in Gangelt, with a workload of 75%.

Your responsibilities will include accompanying clients or residents in their daily lives, implementing the concept of inclusion through planning and organizing leisure activities, and motivating them to participate.

You will also be responsible for building individual relationships, supporting clients or residents in household tasks, and providing guidance and assistance with personal care as directed by a professional.

Ideally, you will have experience working with people with disabilities and be willing to work in shifts. We are looking for an empathetic and assertive individual who is reliable and a team player
