Your Responsibilities:

You will conduct assessments of our clients' current IT solutions and work processes.
You will collaborate with the sales team to create technical concepts for customer projects and support them in active sales.
You will independently manage these projects from start to finish, with potential support from other team members on-site or through remote assistance.
You will thoroughly document projects in our wiki system.
You will hand over completed projects to our first level support team for ongoing customer care.
You will optimize company workflows through the intelligent use of modern IT solutions and work with the sales team to further develop our managed service portfolio.
